In the presence of people of the reagion and the its local councils and representatives of the Democratic Society Movement and Congrastar and Municipality of People in Tal-Tamer and other nearby municipalities and Self-Administration committees and after releasing Kazwan Mount region from ISIS by Syrian Democratic Forces , a new municipality in Kazwan Mount was opened in Ghara village under the name of ” Municipalities of the People in Kazwan Mount ”
By this occasion ; father of the martyr Peritan made a speech which in it he expresses his gladness by releasing the region , and by the name of the Commission of Municipalities and Environment , ” Khorsheed Oso ” made a speech also and he congratulated the people and he promised them to provide the municipality by machines in order to offer all needed services for the people.
