The committees in Terbi-Sepi started awareness campaigns in communes , schools and institutes in order to define their plant and explain the mechanism of garbage recycling .
At the first stages , small containers were distributed for organic and inorganic materials with special bags according to the garbage kind .
The distribution process was carried out by the Environment department in the Municipality of people in Terbi-Sepi under the supervision of the Environment Department in the Commission of Municipalities and Environment in Qamishlo County .
