The Environment and Municipality Development academy in the Commission of Municipalities and Environment in coordination with Congrastar have offered a course about administrative enable and the jobs and tasks related to it .
The course included 27 administrators and continued for one week whereas academic and practical lessons was given by the training committee in Congrastar . The course was about the administration in general and the qualities of the successful admin . At the end of the course a practical test was done by the trainers .
