The Environment Department in the Commission of Municipalities and Environment in coordination with Shar Organization had planted “2200” trees in the gardens and roads of Qamishlo city .
In this context the engineer Shavin Soliman said : we started the afforestation campaign in coordination with Shar Organization and the campaign will last for 3 months in which we will plant 2200 trees from different kinds in the gardens and roads of Qamishlo city .
At the end of her speech she added that the Environment Department will supervise the watering and protecting the plants .
