After a visit by the co-presidency and woman office in the commission , the Commission of Municipalities and Environment carried out the cost of establishing the road of Jinwar village . 
Jinwar village is managed by( Jenology) ; a woman organization in Rojava which its view was borrowed from Abdullah Ocellan view , and it invit to go back to the natural community in which the main role in establishing society was given to woman .
In the village there are about 30 houses and 200 persons who live in it . A school , a academy and a hospital will be establish in it , and the hospital will depend on hermetic medicine .
