Municipality of People in Derik in Qamishlo County in Al-Jazera Canton started in a project of ballasting the village road with crushed stones .
The technical officer ” Hassan Mohamad ” said : we started the project 3 days ago and the road length is 7 km , its width is 6m and the needed amount of stones is 3800 cubic meters and the project cost is 9120000 s.p .
The project aimed to decrease people sufferings in winter .
