The Environment Developing Academy in the Commission of Municipalities and Environment organized a training course for the new joint presidents in order to familiarize them with the basics of their work and the concept of the joint presidency .
After finishing the second step of the democratic federal elections and assignment the new joint presidency of the Municipalities and councils , the new joint presidents subjected to a training course in order to familiarize them with the internal regulation of the municipalities and how to carry out their tasks according to the federal system .
In this context , the joint president of Qamishlo county council ” Perwin Yousef ” said : our training course is to familiarize the municipal system and how to coordinate with the councils follow to it according to the administrative subdivisions of the northern Syria federation because the system is new and it had been applied on the ground .
